This bone dry, briny, minerally, citrus-laden, squeaky clean white wine bristles with refreshing acidity. Try this with seafood such as clams, mussels, and oysters, as well as salads and hard cheeses.

Tasting notes:

The aromas are clean and fresh, leaning toward appels, the palate is medium-bodied, and while the attack is crisp and slightly minerally, the mid-palate displays butter and a creamy texture, finishing fairly long with notes of butterscotch.
